FPB EMPLOYEE Benefits
Note: The following list summarizes FPB employee  benefits.  All benefits are subject to plan provisions and/or policy guidelines.  Benefits, eligibility requirements and other details are subject to change. 

• Health, Dental, Vision, Life, & Disability coverage
• Retirement :  regular full-time employees participate in the Kentucky Retirement System (CERS non-hazardous). Employees and FPB contribute a percentage of gross wages as determined by the Retirement System & State Legislature.
• Optional supplemental retirement savings plan offered by the Kentucky Public Employees Deferred Compensation Authority. Employee funded; FPB does not contribute to employee 401K or 457 Plans.
• Paid Time Off
      o   Holidays:  FPB observes 10 holidays per year.
      o   Sick Leave: 12 days per year
      o   Vacation Leave: accrued based on length of employment
      o   Funeral Leave and Jury Duty
• Employee Assistance Program – counseling and referral for mental health related needs
• Tuition Reimbursement - after one year of employment
